Ready to Govern®: Current Appointees
Political leaders are responsible for implementing a presidential administration’s agenda. To drive change and make a difference, political appointees must be familiar with how to navigate and succeed in a complex federal government environment.
Ready to Govern Sessions
As a trusted advisor on presidential transitions and federal leadership development, the Partnership for Public Service is uniquely positioned to quickly get political executives up to speed.
Through Ready to Govern, appointees can participate in up to 11 sessions featuring proven content developed from hundreds of conversations with federal leaders. These 90-minute sessions are led by bipartisan faculty comprised of current or former political appointees and career executives. Using their deep knowledge of the federal government, these experts equip incoming leaders with the tools, information and strategies to streamline operations and make meaningful change at their agencies.
For more information about available sessions, please see our brochure or contact [email protected].
“Ready to Govern is the place where you learn how to manage competing priorities and also build the network of support that will help you further [your career].”
Gwen Keyes, former chief of staff at the EPA
