Umair Kapadia manages programs that work closely with executives in the federal government to help improve cross-agency communication and collaboration. During his time at The George Washington University, he worked with university administration, executives, and student leaders to create and implement unique experiences for the student body at large. This opportunity ignited his passion for working with people at all levels to implement positive change through dynamically creative community-building endeavors. It was this work for his peers that strengthened his life-long passion for serving others, a passion he brings to his role at the Partnership. Umair Kapadia’s favorite public servant is the late Representative John Lewis, civil rights champion and visionary, for always leading with moral authority and for striving to create a more equitable world.
