Create and maintain accurate records of the agency’s functions and activities and dispose of documentary materials that are no longer needed to conduct business (through election)

Participate in monthly meeting of the Agency Transition Directors Council (through Inauguration)

Send OPM an inventory of all agency positions that may be filled by noncompetitive appointment for compilation in the Plum Book (through July)


Prepare materials to give to the incoming transition team and new administration (January–November 1)
