Move the transition team into new GSA-provided office space
Launch the official transition website
Make preparations for moving into White House and plan for closing out transition finances (through Inauguration)
Conduct training and coaching for transition team staff who will move to White House staff roles (through Inauguration)
Manage the president-elect, vice president-elect and the future first spouse’s daily schedules (through Inauguration)
Plan Cabinet orientation and retreat (through Inauguration)
Connect with think tanks, trade associations, community groups, governors and Congress (through Inauguration)
Onboard new staff as the transition team grows, oversee day-to-day logistics and manage the “care and feeding” of the president-elect (through Inauguration)
