Coordinate with GSA after the convention to sign a memorandum of understanding to accept GSA-provided services
Move in to GSA-provided office space after the convention and organize equipment, supplies and a secure IT infrastructure
Touch base with the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Department of Justice (DOJ) after the convention about the process for submitting security clearances for transition team members
Submit to DOJ security clearances required for agency review team members, key advisors and staff who will need access to classified briefings (through election)
Conduct a detailed historical review of transition activities of previous presidents-elect and build a comprehensive 75-day calendar for the president-elect (through election)
Coordinate support for the vice president-elect and future first spouse (build calendar, organize offices, plan to accommodate family needs) (through election)
Onboard new staff the as transition team grows and oversee day-to-day logistics (through November)

Make preparations for moving in to GSA-provided office space (e.g., design space layout, create seating chart, secure P.O. box, create staff onboarding checklist) (June–convention)
Develop a plan to rapidly scale up the transition team post-convention, including volunteer and payroll structures (June–July)
